Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Campaign budgets must be funded before activation
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your transactions

AI and Content Usage

• AI-generated content is provided for marketing and promotional purposes
• Users are responsible for ensuring content compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated content
• Users retain rights to content they create, while respecting third-party intellectual property

Platform Usage

• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Do not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Report any suspected violations or security issues

Limitation of Liability
